S works as a real estate agent in New York. She had an unknown substance injected to her nose a few years ago in China. She was told it was hyaluronic acid but it actually never went away and actually grew bigger with time according to her. Rhinoplasty was done to remove the foreign body and straighten her nose. V is a teenager who had been teased in school for many years for the appearance of her nose. She had a large dorsal hump and a bulbous tip. E is a 23 year old medical student. She came from Ghana to study in New York. C previously had a rhinoplasty done a few years ago in Colombia to decrease the size of her nose. It was, however, overdone. B also had a rhinoplasty done in Colombia a few years ago. However, she was not satisfied with the amount of correct and also she was left with a deviated septum. A closed rhinoplasty was done to correct this defect without any scars on the outside skin.
D did not like the hook look of her nasal tip. She also wanted her tip to be more projected at the same time. Rhinoplasty surgery was done to increase the projection of her tip and improve the hooking tip. The changes are subtle but noticeable and natural.
